Every week I manage mechanical files for about twenty different versions of the Dollar General Market circular, which is distributed all across the country. This process is extreme attention to detail oriented. Every single image is processed, every price is kerned and all the copy is quadruply checked. Perfection is expected and always attained.
While I was at Barrett Firearms, not only did I redesign their manuals, but I was in charge of printing manuals and ordering them based on quantity levels. At the time, there were nine different rifle systems each ranging from about 25+ pages. Click on the manual to see interior.
This is one of my most treasured print designs I did as a student. I was a designer for the student newspaper, ‘The Crimson White’, and I had the opportunity to design a back to school magazine cover. It was a cool feeling walking around campus hearing people raving about the design.
A good friend of mine saw the Alabama design and requested I make one for Auburn. This is how it turned out.
