During my tenure at Energizer, I had the privilege of working as a Packaging Design Specialist, primarily focusing on the lights division. My role involved creating packaging designs for a range of products, including headlamps, lanterns, and flashlights, with a special emphasis on the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
In a diverse and multi-lingual market spanning the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Egypt, Poland, Greece, the Netherlands, France, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, and Middle East Africa, I undertook the unique challenge of cross-designing packaging in both English and French. Additionally, I ensured that the fine print on these packages was accurately translated into Dutch, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, Czech, English, French, Arabic, Italian, and German.
My collaborative efforts extended worldwide as I worked with a dynamic team comprising members from Singapore to the United Kingdom, along with coordination with various printing partners based in China. My colleagues in the United Kingdom were especially helpful, providing templates where necessary, which made some projects move a lot smoother. Despite the high volume of projects at Energizer, I consistently met project deadlines, ensuring all documents sent to printers were error-free.
My experience at Energizer equipped me with a deep understanding of international marketing and packaging design. My favorite designs are pictured below. If you would like to learn more about my contributions or discuss my experiences in greater detail, please feel free to reach out.
